TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions should be negotiated and agreed between the client/agent and the guide:

-For a full day lasting more than 8 hours, or a half day lasting more than 4 hours, an agreed supplementary payment per hour or per agreed additional period.

-The guide will not be responsible for meal costs.

-Dinner, bed, and meal costs on extended tours are not the responsibility of the guide.

-Travelling costs and time to join the tour if not in the Glasgow area must be negotiated prior to the tour.

-Cancellation fees are as follows

         If less than 7 days notice are given of cancellation, a 50% fee will be payable.

         If less than 48 hours notice are given of cancellation, the full fee will be payable.
